Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington station, restaurants, Hyde Park, and supermarkets, making it very convenient for travelers. However, the rooms were small for three adults with limited luggage space, and the cold room due to a malfunctioning heater made our stay less comfortable.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with nice rooms despite some space constraints, excellent service, a prime location near Paddington and Hyde Park, and satisfactory dining options. The facilities were adequate, and the value for money was reasonable.
The hotel had a tiny Twin-room with a very small, thin window, but it was surprisingly comfortable with a good-sized en suite bathroom. The service was a mix; some staff were not pleasant, while others were very friendly. The location was split - while convenient to some service standards, it was too far from London attractions. The dining experience varied greatly; it required crossing the street for a basic continental breakfast. The facilities were average, with some areas needing improvement.
